Filed under: Celebrity GossipJust days after Amy Childs quit TOWIE for the bright lights and big pay packets of Big Brother, Mark Wright has reportedly threatened to do the same.
According to The Sun, the Essex boy got into a barney with bosses over his £50-a-day wage, amid rumours that he turned down a £250k offer from Celebrity Big Brother.
Under the terms of their contracts the cast are banned from working on other TV programmes for six months after each series.
But if they're not careful TOWIE bosses could end up with a mutiny on their hands.
An insider told the paper: "There is disquiet over pay. A lot of big names have been offered serious money for other shows.
"Mark is now seriously considering his future on the show."
It's not the first time the TOWIE cast have pushed for more cash but 24-year-old Mark is reportedly being lured by tempting offers from two other TV channels and is even considering a Hollywood move.
A friend told The Sun: "There has been a lot of interest in him from elsewhere. He has yet to decide if he will return for the new series.
"He loves it but he has to decide what is best for his own career."
With other stars also asking for a bigger pay packet and only a fortnight to get contracts signed, the ITV2 show has been thrown into chaos.
No Amy... possibly no Mark (which means no big TOWIE wedding)... you realise Jack Tweed could end up being the star of the show?
