One's home, sweet home: Kate and Wills move in to palace

It may be nice to go travelling, but it's so much nicer to come home - especially if the place you call home happens to be a palace.

Now they've returned from their tour of North America, Kate and Wills have taken up residence in their first official royal residence.

The couple are said to have moved into a 'modest' flat in Kensington Palace, where Wills once lived with his late mum Diana.
So what makes it modest? The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have apparently opted for a small section of the palace, unlike neighbours Prince and Princess Michael of Kent who have made themselves comfortable in a five-bedroom, five-reception-room suite.

However, it seems their quarters are only temporary and certainly not big enough for when the pitter patter of tiny feet arrive.

It may be small but it does have one plus point. The Royal couple's quarters are rent free at least.

What do you reckon? Are Kate and Wills as down-to-earth as they seem? Tell us your thoughts below...
