The pricey pad is not only a good deal cheaper than ex-husband Tiger Woods' new place 10 miles away, but is twice the size of his $60 million purpose-built abode.
Of course, she won't get the 12 acres of land that Tiger's place sits on but the beach-front property reportedly boasts eight bathrooms (essential for a family of three, obviously) and a whopping 17,000 sq ft of floor space.
Elin is thought to have agreed to live close to Tiger for the sake of the children. As the kids grow up, deciding where to live is likely to be a tough call.
