According to the Herald Sun, the Westlife singer threw a "hissy fit" at the Rockpool Bar and Grill in Melbourne on Wednesday evening.
Fellow diners were said to be disgusted by Brian's treatment of the restaurant's employees, with one saying he was "abusing staff".
But they were clearly a credit to the restaurant because the Rockpool later confirmed that staff had handled the situation with good grace until McFadden decided to try his 'don't you know who I am?' routine elsewhere.
It's not the first time he's been caught throwing his weight around - just last month it was reported that he had blown a fuse on a Virgin flight to Sydney.
McFadden also took the competition a little too seriously during a celebrity Grand Prix race in Oz, clipping the tail of fellow racer Shannon Eckstein's car.
A "shaken" Eckstein later called him "a bit of a bully".
Brian's fiancée Delta Goodrem must be so proud.

At a show in Australia, he demanded a defibrillator and an ambulance, of all things, before warning lackeys not to enter his field of vision while he's performing.

Still, all of these celebs are mere pretenders to Grace Jones's throne when it comes to spectacularly diva-ish behaviour. For example, she insisted on having a caviar facial on every night of her January tour. And at the MOBO awards she demanded to be driven right up to the stage instead of walking. Now that's how to do it. Gaga has a lot to learn.
