Dave Vitty, who is best known as Chris Moyles' sidekick, married Jayne Sharp three years ago and the couple have a three-year-old daughter.
The pair announced their decision to split in a joint statement which read: "No one else is involved and the decision is mutual and totally amicable.
"They will remain best of friends for the sake of their daughter and thank everyone for their support at this time."
The Dancing on Ice contestant met Jayne some 13 years ago when she was a runner on The Chris Moyles Show but they did not start dating until five years ago.
He was previously married to Emma Pontefract, from whom he split in 2006.
