According to The Sun, Fernando Flores is planning on using the "filthy" pics as part of his court battle with his former employer.
Flores launched the £9 million lawsuit last year, claiming that Britters repeatedly "made advances" and exposed herself to him in a bid to lure him into bed.
A 'friend' of the bodyguard, who claims to have seen the images, told The Sun: "They are really explicit images that will shock and disgust the majority of her fans.
"Fernando says he can prove the photos were taken on Britney's phone and sent to his mobile."
The blabbermouthed pal claims the images include snaps of "Britney with the camera between her legs" and naked pictures in which she is "exposing herself in a way that she clearly hoped would make him aroused".
Britney has denied the allegations but Flores reportedly hopes the photos will back up his claims.

Britney made UK chart history when her debut single ...Baby One More Time sold 460,000 copies on its week of release, setting a new record for a female artist. The song went on to top the charts all over the world and the video, in which Britney danced in her school uniform, became one of the most iconic music videos of all time. Britney's debut album sold more than 14 million copies in the US alone.
Although they first tried to keep their relationship a secret, Britney and former Mickey Mouse Club co-star Justin Timberlake went on to become one of the celebrity world's most high-profile couples. The pair dated between 1999 and 2002 and their romance raised eyebrows among gossip columnists because of Britney's earlier pledge to remain a virgin until she was married. They split in March 2002 amidst speculation that Britney had cheated with a choreographer. The break-up was rumoured to have inspired Justin's Cry Me A River video, which featured a Britney look-a-like.
No longer the innocent schoolgirl from her debut video, Britney launched her third album with the raunchy single I'm A Slave 4 U. The song was accompanied by a provocative video that Madonna would have been proud. Britney promoted the song with a performance at the MTV Awards featuring a white tiger and a python wrapped around her shoulders. Animal rights organisers were outraged at the use of the exotic animals, however, the performance was later voted the most memorable in the history of the show.
Britney made her big screen debut in the movie Crossroads alongside Dan Aykroyd, Kim Cattrall and Anson Mount. The film, which sadly wasn't a spin-off of the UK soap of the same name, was panned by critics and Britney received Razzie awards for Worst Actress and Worst Song. It went on to gross a respectable enough $61 million worldwide.
The first signs that all may not be well in Britney land came on 3 January 2004 when it was revealed that she had married her childhood friend Jason Alexander in Las Vegas. The showbiz world was stunned by the news and there was further shock when it was annulled just 55 hours later. Even by Hollywood standards, that was a short marriage!
Obviously bitten by the marriage bug, Britney wed for the second time in just nine months on 18 September 2004. This time the groom was dancer Kevin Federline, whom Britney had met five months earlier. The pair's whirlwind romance was chronicled in the reality TV series Britney & Kevin: Chaotic and shortly after the wedding, Britney revealed that she would be taking a break from her career to start a family.
True to her word, Britney's first child, Sean Preston Federline, was born on 14 September 2005. Five months later Britney hit the headlines when she was pictured driving with her son unrestrained on her lap. She defended her actions in a TV interview, saying that she had been trying to get away from photographers at the time.
