The troubled actress was sentenced to four months in jail but got lucky when it was decided she should serve her time at home.
According to TMZ, Li-Lo 'surrendered" at Lynwood Jail yesterday where she was fitted with an electronic ankle tag (she must feel lost without one these days) and promptly sent home to do hard time at her California home.
Of course, she won't be serving four months... insiders reckon she'll only be confined to her plush pad for around 35 days.
And you thought the celebs got off lightly!
Lindsay will, however, have to complete 480 hours of community service once she's finished lolling about in front of the TV so she didn't get off completely scot-free.
