The Britain's Got Talent judge has said it was "horrifying" when her child was stillborn on February 1, but insisted that she and Chris would "go on".
She told The Sun: "I'm a naturally really optimistic girl and we're not dramatic people. Although what's happened is obviously horrifying, we can go on and have more children.
"Our future's bright and you have to turn negatives into positives, and try and see everything as a blessing. That's exactly what we've done."
And she says she's trying not to feel guilty about enjoying life in the wake of her tragedy as she rehearses for West End stage show Shrek The Musical - in which she is playing Princess Fiona.
She said: "I'm having the best fun, with the most amazing cast.
"Everyone's lovely, supportive, and I feel guilty for being so happy and having such a good time every day."
