From sketchy starts to bold beginnings, suggest your favourite pop premieres
Do you remember the first time? It's often an artist's first single that makes the defining impression.
Some beginnings are sketchy and naive. Early recordings might show promise, and be charming, but hardly hint at future glories.
But often we like debut releases so much, the artists' subsequent releases seem unsatisfying. And in the case of one-hit wonders, a lot of people feel this strongly.
